Welcome to CSN

We spent much of the past semester (fall 2011) preparing and submitting our application for tax exempt status to the IRS. While that application is under review we are taking time to bring this website up to date. Please excuse any mess you find as the site remains under construction.

In the meantime, please get a copy of the CSN brochure. It will tell you more about who we are, what we are about, what we do, and what we believe.

CSN is an independent association committed to integrating Christian faith and practice into the academic endeavors and social concerns of a university community. The founders of CSN are a group of Christian faculty who have met regularly on the Virginia Tech campus for prayer and encouragement for fifteen years.

Incorporated in May 2011, CSN exists to provide faculty, staff, and advanced students theological support and mutual encouragement in the pursuit of scholarship relevant to their chosen fields of study.
